What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data:

  • Anonymized analytics (pages visited, browser, country) via Google Analytics 4
  • Your email address when you join our waitlist to be notified when our design shop opens
  • Email content when you contact us via info@thetattoosdesigns.com

Apart from the email address you choose to give us (waitlist sign-up or direct contact), we do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or other personally identifiable information on this site.

We use cookies for analytics only.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 with IP anonymization enabled. GA4 may set cookies to track aggregated, non-personal usage statistics. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Newsletter & Waitlist

If you submit your email address to our waitlist, we use it only to notify you when our design shop opens. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing info@thetattoosdesigns.com. Sign-ups are handled by our automation provider Make and stored in Google Sheets, acting as our data processors; we do not sell or share your email with anyone else.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles may embed content from third parties (YouTube, Instagram). These services may collect data about you per their own privacy policies. We do not control this third-party data collection.

How Long We Retain Your Data

  • Waitlist email: until you ask us to remove it, or the shop-launch campaign ends
  • Email correspondence: 24 months from last reply
  • Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default)

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact info@thetattoosdesigns.com.

Where Your Data Is Processed

Data is processed within the EU/EEA where possible. Some third-party services (Google Analytics, content embeds) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
